Description
The Greaster is a high-performance grease dispensing nozzle equipped with an integrated oval gear flow meter, providing accurate and reliable measurement during lubrication operations. The resettable batch totalizer allows for precise control of each dispensing session, while the cumulative totalizer continuously tracks overall grease consumption.
Designed for demanding environments, the Greaster operates with a flow rate of 0.2 to 5.5 lb/min and supports pressures up to 7,800 psi, ensuring efficient performance even in high-pressure applications. Its compact size and easy calibration make it practical and user-friendly in daily operations.
The unit features a 1/4" NPT inlet, a rigid spout, and includes a Z-swivel for improved handling and flexibility. An in-line version is also available for direct installation on grease dispensing tubes.
Additional features include a built-in lever lock, adjustable unit of measure (UoM), double totalizer display, and operation powered by a standard AA battery, making it a versatile and dependable solution for professional lubrication tasks.
